Join the GEMINI cycle of The Daily Practice - The Space Between. 21 days of live practice on Zoom M-F from 7:30-8am BST. Recordings for every day will be available to view through a password protected section of the website, so you can keep up with your practice at the weekend too.

SPINAL BREATH KRIYA - (2min)
Mindful movement + breath. Open the body, energise and calm the nervous system. Experience the dance of duality.
PRANA APANA KRIYA - (5min)
Cultivate presence and staying power. Grounds and increases energy, supporting deep harmony within.
SUKHA SHUNYA KRIYA - (8min)
Access the void. The dynamic field of stillness. Where all emerges and returns to. Emptiness, not as absence, but as presence without content.
𖦹 MEDITATION
SILENT WITNESS - (7min)
Deepen into shunya, become the witness to the dynamic play within. Non reactive, non judgmental. Accessing the field beneath all thoughts and emotions.
𖦹 INTENTION, JOURNALING + GRATITUDE
Intention setting for the day: as a way to anchor and ground your energy beyond the practice.
Journaling as a reflection of your inner world, giving form to your experience.
