With cacao as our companion, we slow down and listen — through inquiry, embodied practice, meditation, journaling and sharing.

These are not questions we are looking to resolve.

There is no higher self to reach, no final answer to find. The invitation is to live with the questions themselves — to notice how their answers shift, deepen, disappear and reveal themselves differently as we do.

Perhaps knowing ourselves is less about arriving at an answer, and more about staying in relationship with the question.
