There is another way of knowing.
One that moves through the body, the senses, our cycles, and the questions that inevitably move and evolve with us.
A way that allows mystery to remain mysterious. That can cherish the fog as much as the clarity.
And so, we begin with ceremonial cacao.
A pathway to the Heart, and into the seven altars within us. Seven energetic centres. Seven aspects of self.
Seven questions that become seeds for our exploration.
Each Sunday, we enter a new altar through ritual, inquiry, embodiment, meditation, journaling and sharing — allowing the question to be felt and experienced, rather than simply understood.
Not in search of an answer — but in devotion to the mystery, and the extraordinary gift of being alive.
