Breath of Nectar, drinking in the sweetness of Life. Cultivating sensuality, activating deep Feminine wisdom, and directing awareness to receiving nourishment and strength from the Universe.

TARA KRIYA - (11min)
Calling upon Tara – Goddess of Grace – developing grounded energy, helping you dissolve psychic blocks and expand the intelligence and clarity of the Heart. Attuning to the natural abundance within and without, anchoring into true compassion.

SILENT WITNESS - (7min)
Sense the echoes of Tara mantra reverberating, anchoring you into the Heart. Let the breath, body, heart and mind settle. Become the witness, become one with the one watching the breath.

Intention setting for the day: as a way to anchor and ground your energy beyond the practice.
