A 4-Week Journey to Reclaim the Art of Holding Space
In a world that so often feels divisive and chaotic, spaces of unity and calm are like a magical elixir — shifting us back into hope. They remind us that when we come together, anything is possible: dissolving the illusion of separation, softening the blows of the world, and re-equipping us with the courage and resilience that life so deeply asks of us.
This is the heart of OASIS — a gathering for women ready to return to the source, to remember their own way of holding space, and to weave more places of unity into the world.
OASIS is a 4 week journey supporting you to reclaim the intuitive art of holding space.
This is not a training — because holding space is not a science, it’s an art. And I believe you already have everything you need to hold space. It’s innate. It’s intuitive. It lives in you.
Everything you need is within you, it’s simply a matter of recalling it.
Since 2021, I’ve been gathering women in London with every new and full moon. OASIS is the culmination of my experience holding these spaces — distilled into four weeks of shared presence and deep remembering. I am endlessly grateful to the hundreds of women who have trusted me to hold circle over the years. Each gathering has been a living reminder of the power that unfolds when women come together with intention — and of the deep need for spaces like these to exist.
The journey through OASIS
Across four 90-minute weekly sessions, we explore both the seen and unseen elements of space-holding, weaving practical skills with energetic, relational, and intuitive wisdom.
This is not about performance or perfection.
It is about presence, integrity, and remembering how to hold space in a way that feels safe, grounded, and alive.
-
Landing, intention, and remembering
We begin by slowing down and arriving — in our bodies, in the group, and in the intention behind this work.
This opening call is a ritual threshold into the journey.
We will explore:
𖦹 A guided Pearl of Wisdom meditation to land and centre
𖦹 Opening sharing circle
𖦹 The roots and history of women’s circles
𖦹 Why circle spaces are deeply needed in a patriarchal world
𖦹 Setting intentions for the journey ahead
This session creates the relational and energetic foundation for everything that follows.
-
Learning how space is built
This week focuses on the tangible, visible elements that shape a circle — the structures that create safety, flow, and clarity.
We explore:
𖦹 The physical and virtual space (in-person & online)
𖦹 Music and atmosphere
𖦹 Structure, flow, and timing
𖦹 Activities and practices within circle
𖦹 Communication before, during, and after a gathering
This session builds confidence and competence, showing how thoughtful structure supports depth and trust.
-
Learning how space is held
This week turns inward — into the subtle, energetic, and relational dimensions of facilitation.
We explore:
𖦹 The inner state and energy of the space holder
𖦹 Protecting the space energetically
𖦹 Boundaries within the circle
𖦹 The art of deep listening
𖦹 Being clear about your role as a facilitator
𖦹 Navigating relational dynamics within a group
This session is about embodiment — understanding that you are part of the container, and learning how to hold that responsibility with clarity and care.
-
Integration, reflection, and vision
We complete the journey by returning to circle — to integrate what has been learned and to listen to what wants to emerge next.
This closing session includes:
𖦹 Deepening into themes that arose but weren’t part of the formal curriculum
𖦹 Open questions and discussion
𖦹 Sharing circles and guided reflection
𖦹 Reflecting on your personal journey through OASIS
𖦹 Naming and sharing the kinds of spaces you dream of creating
This is a ritual closing — honouring what has moved, what has shifted, and what is ready to be carried forward.
“Holding space again was the best way to see what OASIS has done for me; I felt more confident in my own authenticity. I trusted my intuition and let this guide my speaking more. I felt like what I delivered was better as a result.”
Camilla — OASIS Vol. I
Who is this for?
Whether you have a desire to hold space or have been doing this work for years, OASIS offers a container to remember, grow, and reclaim this ancient, intuitive art — in your own unique way.
You might feel drawn to OASIS if you:
Sense you already carry the wisdom needed to hold sacred space, and want to reconnect with that inner knowing
Crave deeper, more meaningful connections with women who truly see and support you
Desire the confidence to create gatherings that invite others to feel safe, welcomed, and fully themselves
Want to nurture your own roots, while contributing to the collective strength of sisterhood
Maybe you’re a…
yoga teacher, wellness instructor, energy healer, cacao ceremony facilitator, breathwork practitioner, astrologer, hypnotherapist, life coach… Or simply curious, and following the ping of your Heart.
You are so welcome here.
Why is OASIS unique?
OASIS isn’t a course. It’s a living, breathing container for deep connection and remembrance.
We gather in an intimate group of just 13 women, so the threads of sisterhood can run deep. This closeness is where the real magic happens — because it’s not just about what I bring, but what we all carry and remember through each other.
Our time together blends reflection, discussion, and simple yet powerful practices that bring you back to the essence of holding space — as you, in your own way. And beyond our four weeks, the circle continues through our WhatsApp group, keeping the web of support alive.
“You are not here to learn how to do it like anyone else.
You are here to remember your way.”
How will OASIS flow?
Each call is partly instructional and experiential, blending in key themes in the art of holding space through sharing my own methodologies, as well as sharing, discussing and exploring together what we already intuitively know.

Maria, OASIS Vol. I
Nina has been a gentle mirror for me.
Through OASIS, she reminded me of the why, and the courage, behind holding space— the inner call that first drew me to gather women in circle.
She holds women’s circles that root you in belonging and remembrance. If your heart longs to be held, to experience what it truly means to sit in circle, and to hold circle, I can’t recommend her offering enough.
OASIS is more than four Sunday mornings in a circle — it’s a return to what has always been yours.
It’s a space to remember your own way of holding, tending, and gathering.
It’s an offering to yourself, and in turn, to the women who will one day step into your circles.
If you feel the tug in your heart, the quiet knowing that this is for you — trust it. Come and sit with us. Bring your stories, your questions, your dreams. Bring all of you.
We’ll hold this space together.
And we’ll remember.
Helena, OASIS Vol. I
A massive thank you again for your wonderful offering!
I loved the experience, I am so happy to have taken part. Especially while I was already building up my offering! You have been so wonderful and encouraging, I feel very nurtured by you. I really appreciate how you encourage the flow, to go with the mistakes, to accept that it won't be perfect — and also that some circles will feel more challenging than others… and that is also okay.
(The name itself is so apt, and I have now had two people independently referring to my circles as an oasis!)
Everything You Need To Know
-
OASIS is neither a traditional course nor a certification.
It is an initiation — a guided journey into the foundations of space-holding. While you will receive practical tools and frameworks, the deeper emphasis is on embodiment, presence, and inner readiness.
This is not about “becoming a facilitator” overnight. It is about meeting the role with honesty, humility, and depth.
-
No prior experience is required.
OASIS is for:
Women who feel a clear or emerging call to hold circles
Women who are already holding space and want to deepen their foundations
Women who sense that how space is held matters as much as what happens within it
If you feel drawn, that is enough.
-
Both.
The initiation takes place online, but the principles taught apply equally to in-person and virtual spaces. You’ll learn how structure, energy, boundaries, and presence translate across both formats.
At its core, OASIS is about how space is held, not where.
-
Readiness is not a prerequisite — presence is.
Many women come to OASIS precisely because they don’t feel ready, but feel called. This initiation helps you explore that call without pressure to perform or produce anything.
There is no requirement to lead a circle at the end of this journey.
-
There is no mandatory homework.
You may be invited to reflect, journal, or notice how the teachings land in your life, but OASIS is designed to fit into real, full lives.
The deepest work often happens in subtle shifts rather than tasks.
-
Each 90-minute call is intentionally paced and may include:
Guided meditation or grounding practices
Teaching and reflection
Sharing circles
Open discussion and inquiry
This is not a lecture-based experience. You are invited to arrive fully and participate at a depth that feels right for you.
-
OASIS does not teach formulas, scripts, or performance-based facilitation.
Instead, it focuses on:
The inner posture of the space holder
The energetic and relational dynamics of groups
The balance between structure and intuition
Holding space in a patriarchal world with awareness and care
This is less about “doing it right” and more about being in right relationship with the role.
-
OASIS is not a therapy or trauma-training program.
However, it is grounded in:
Consent-based practices
Clear boundaries
Nervous system awareness
Respect for individual pacing
You will not be asked to process trauma, diagnose, or hold therapeutic roles within circles.
-
OASIS is spiritually grounded but not religious.
It honours:
Ancestral wisdom
Feminine ways of knowing
Earth-based and cyclical awareness
You are not asked to adopt any belief system — only to listen deeply to yourself.
-
OASIS is for women who:
Feel a call to gather women
Value depth, integrity, and responsibility
Are willing to look inward as much as outward
Want to hold spaces that are safe, grounded, and alive
If you are seeking a quick formula or certification, this may not be the right fit.
-
This initiation may not be aligned if you are:
Looking for a fast-track facilitator credential
Expecting step-by-step scripts to follow
Unwilling to engage in self-reflection
Seeking to “fix” or “heal” others
