A 4-Week Journey to Reclaim the Art of Holding SpaceOnline — Sundays in October, 10-11:30am
The Women’s Circle Practitionner Training
If you’ve ever been touched by the presence of sisterhood in your life, and feel there ought to be more spaces for women to gather and deeply replenish themselves, this experience is for you.
"It is indeed a radical act of love to just sit down and be quiet for a time by yourself" — Jon Kabat-Zin

𖦹 Start on the New Moon – Each cycle begins in alignment with the New Moon, an invitation to plant new seeds of intention and commit to your growth.
𖦹 Daily Live Practice M-F – We gather on Zoom every weekday from 7:30 AM - 8:00 AM GMT to move through our shared practice together. Each cycle includes pranayama, Himalayan Kundalini kriya, silent witness meditation, gratitude, and journaling.
𖦹 Recordings Available – Every session is recorded and will be available for 1x week after the cycle ends, allowing for self practice on the weekend, and to revisit the practice at your own pace if the schedule doesn’t suit you.
𖦹 Community & Accountability – You’ll be invited into a private WhatsApp group to connect with other women on the journey, share reflections, and receive encouragement throughout the 21 days.
𖦹 Bonus: Online CircleCheck-in – When joining a cycle, you’ll also receive access to the online circle check-in, offering deeper connection, reflection, and community support.
This structure is designed to help you build momentum, stay accountable, and truly experience the shifts that come with daily practice.

Each practice is thoughtfully structured around these four pillars, and inspired by the astrological season we’re in. The practice aims to bring balance, clarity, deep self-connection and community as we move through the year.
𖦹 Pranayama — The practice of conscious breath control to regulate energy, calm the nervous system, and cultivate inner balance.
𖦹 Himalayan Kundalini Kriya – A powerful, energizing practice that taps into the body's natural life force through movement, sound, and breath, helping you release blockages and elevate your energy.
𖦹 Silent Witness Meditation – Cultivate awareness and presence by observing your thoughts without attachment.
𖦹 Journaling & Gratitude – Anchor your practice by reflecting on insights and cultivating gratitude."Rituals are the formulas by which harmony is restored." — Terry Tempest Williams
This simple yet profound practice aligns you with your inner wisdom, helping you start your day grounded, centered, and attuned to yourself.

This membership is for the woman who feels called to deeply connect with herself, attune to the rhythms of nature, and cultivate a consistent daily practice within a supportive community. It’s for you if:
𖦹 You crave a daily anchor – You long for a structured yet intuitive practice that offers stability, grounding, and a way to start your day with clarity and presence.
𖦹 You want to cultivate self-knowing – You’re on a journey of self-discovery and desire a practice that helps you listen to yourself more deeply, beyond the noise of the outside world.
𖦹 You struggle with consistency – You know that showing up for yourself is important, but you find it hard to sustain a practice on your own. You’re looking for accountability and a container that helps you stay committed.
𖦹 You desire to live in greater alignment with nature – You feel drawn to the wisdom of the moon cycles, the elements, and the changing seasons, and you want to root your practice in something bigger than yourself.
𖦹 You’re seeking more ease and embodiment – You want to move out of your head and into your body, using breath, movement, and meditation to cultivate inner peace and presence.
𖦹 You value sacred community – You know there is something powerful about coming together with other women in shared practice. You want to be held in a space of support, reflection, and collective energy.
𖦹 You are ready to transform – Whether you’re navigating a transition, deepening your spiritual path, or simply longing for more intentionality in your days, you know that commitment to daily practice is the foundation of all lasting change.
Most importantly, this space is for all women — whether you're brand new to daily practice or have been exploring these tools for years. Wherever you are in your journey, you are welcome here, and you will receive tools to serve you for life.
