What will we be doing for 4 hours?
The space will open up with a grounding meditation, before coming into our first opening circle. We’ll then breathe together to gently clear our vessels, before inviting Ceremonial Cacao in to assist us with anchoring deeply into the altars of the Heart and Womb, where our creations will be woven from. We’ll move through our vision board ritual together (all equipment will be provided — *see more details below). We’ll then integrate our space with a sound healing journey.

Is this event women only?
Yes, this space is intentionally held with women in mind.

Where/when is this happening?
It’s from 11am-3pm, in my beautiful home in Battersea, very near Clapham Junction station in SW11. Exact address details will be e-mailed the night before the event.

What should I wear? Should I bring anything?
Wear something comfortable, and I recommend wearing layers for better temperature control (it gets very hot in my home). Bring a notebook with you if you’d like, and a bottle of water. Feel free to bring anything small you may want to place at the altar to charge (a crystal or a piece of jewelry for instance).

*Do I need to bring any materials for the Vision Board Ritual?
We will have magazines you can cut out from, but you can also bring your own printed images, or send us up to 10 images that we can print on your behalf.
If sending images, please send them to nina@yiflow.co.uk by end of day Thursday 19th March 2026.

Do I need to know anything prior to joining?
Cacao isn’t suitable for anyone allergic to chocolate, caffeine sensitive or taking SSRI's. If this is you, know you are still welcome to join — you can have rose tea instead, I just need to be informed ahead of time. This is a really loving and respectful space for women, created for you to pause and reconnect to yourself. A yoga mat, cushion and blanket will be provided for you, but feel free to bring anything else you may want to feel comfortable.

Can I get a refund if I can’t make it?

There are no refunds available after purchase, though the ticket may be transferred to another woman.
