OASIS – Terms & Conditions
Recordings: All sessions will be recorded and made available for 12 months. It is your responsibility to attend live or watch the replay in your own time.
No Refunds: Due to the nature of this offering, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once your place is purchased.
Group Size: Spaces are limited to 13 participants and secured on a first-come, first-served basis.
Technology: You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary internet connection and device to access the live sessions via Zoom.
Confidentiality: All participants agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of what is shared within the group.
Personal Responsibility: This offering is for personal and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for therapy or professional mental health support.
Payment Plan: If you choose the 2-part payment plan (£115 x 2), you are responsible for completing your second payment no later than 5th October 2025. The same checkout process must be followed for each payment. An email reminder will be sent 7 days before the due date. Failure to complete the balance by this date may result in your place being forfeited without refund.
Transfer Policy: If you are unable to attend, your place may be transferred to another person before the start date with prior written notice.
